U.S. M-1917 Helmet from 37th Infantry Division
This is an American Model 1917 helmet commemorating the 37th Infantry Division from World War I (1914-1918). On the front of the helmet is a 37th Division insignia which features a red circle surrounded by a white ring with the number “37” in the middle. Below the insignia is a chevron denoting the rank of Private. The rest of the shell is painted in a multicolored camouflage pattern. On the inside is a M-1917 liner and chinstrap.
