French Infantry NCO's Field Blue Kepi
This kepi belonged to an non-commissioned officer of the French Infantry during World War I (1914-1918). It is made of field blue-gray wool with a hard black leather visor. A gold false chinstrap is attached to the front by two side buttons embossed with the Infantry flaming grenade insignia. The interior is lined with yellow-gold cloth.
